Kimberly Halter

The Academy Director, Kimberly Halter, has a Masters in Education and over 25 years of experience in developing programs to meet specific client needs.

In 2001 Kimberly registered the Academy of Career Training and now consults for other Registered Training Organisations to assist them to meet both Vocational Education Training standards from AQTF and their client needs by tailoring their courses to meet the requirements of auditing subsequent annual compliance.

Additionally she has worked with youth at risk of offending, persons with special training needs, and developed programs for children youth and adults with challenging behaviours.

Kimberly teaches courses in Assessment and Workplace Training, Communication, Conflict Management, and Business.

Glen N. Halter, Business Manager for the Academy, he holds a Bachelors of Adult Vocational Education and Human Resource Development from Griffith University.
Glen's career includes developing leaders in the Outdoor Education field and HSE advisors. He has been teaching and designing training since 1986 and has trained thousands of students and hundreds of leaders and instructors in many fields. Glen also has a keen business sense and is able to turn a business around from profit loss to making a profit. Glen has been a consultant to small business for 25 years.
